The Uncorked Kitchen project included a new two-story, 12,000-sq.-ft. building featuring a full bar and lounge, exterior patio, scullery, teaching kitchens for cooking classes, and leasable retail space. The Uncorked Kitchen was created to provide people with healthy cooking and family-focused food education, and to help them develop improved food preparation skills.
