Cumming Group provided project management and scheduling services for this hotel property developed by Relevant Group. The Thompson Hollywood is an 11-story, 190-key luxury boutique hotel featuring the world-class Mes Amis restaurant, a pool deck, a rooftop bar, and a penthouse lounge. Cumming Group’s full scope included project management and scheduling services, design management and public area FFE fit-out, kitchen install and F&B coordination, public area punch, turnover and commissioning, and post-opening construction coordination and improvements. The architect on the project was Steinberg Hart with Suffolk Construction serving as the general contractor. The hotel opened in Q4 2021 to critical acclaim and has been featured in Travel + Leisure.
