The 12-story, 224-room Thompson Nashville Hotel was completed in the center of The Gulch neighborhood in 2016. The boutique brand hotel offers three restaurants: L.A. Jackson, a rooftop bar serving 20 regional brews and offering spectacular views of downtown Nashville; Marsh House restaurant, which features a seafood menu with a flair for Southern cooking; and Killebrew, a coffee shop and pastry counter. The Cumming Group project team managed budgets and correspondence between the architect, designer, contractor, and ownership while providing solutions for design issues. The 200,000-sq.-ft., $48 million project was delivered on time and within budget.
