UCHealth’s Longs Peak Hospital, which opened in 2017, is a three-story, 202,277-sq.-ft. facility located on 43 acres in Longmont, Colorado. The project included the construction of an inpatient hospital, a 19,303-sq.-ft. Ambulatory Surgical Center, a 15,143-sq.-ft. third floor shell for future expansion, and all associated site improvements on a greenfield site.
