Cumming Group provided comprehensive project management services for Vail Health, which included a four-story west wing renovation, parking garage expansion, central wing renovation, east wing expansion, new helipad, and central utility plant project. The west wing, the primary inpatient section of Vail Health, required expansion both vertically and horizontally. The Vail Health facility remained in full operation during the renovation and expansion. On the central and east wing projects, our team worked collaboratively with Vail Health to facilitate designer selection and negotiate the contract with the contractor. The primary projects were completed in 2021, however, our team continues to provide support services on additional projects, including tenant fit-outs and renovations.
