Vanderbilt University awarded Cumming a facilities program management services contract through 2028. This complex capital program will include myriad individual projects that will require Cumming to integrate planning, programming, design, and construction delivery. The projects will include the next phase of residential colleges, major athletic additions and improvements, renovations and additions to numerous buildings within the College of Arts and Sciences, and significant infrastructure and utilities work. Specific services provided by Cumming include program and project management, cost management, and scheduling.
