The new Waco Family Medicine- Central clinic will allow Waco Family Medicine to expand its patient capacity and impact in Central Texas. The project is made possible by many local partners including the Waco Family Medicine Foundation, McLennan County, and the City of Waco.

Level 1 of the facility includes a full-service pharmacy and Medicaid pharmacy, laboratory and testing services, radiology, a wellness center, culinary classroom, and multiple offices, meeting rooms, and both inside and outside community spaces including a community garden.

Level 2 includes a counseling center, staff offices, a residency center, and large community auditorium. Level 3 is the clinic space including four full clinics each equipped with 14 exam rooms, team spaces, and health consultant spaces. Level 4 includes two additional clinic spaces (with 14 exam rooms each), clinician classrooms, and the WFM Dental clinic.
