Gallagher, a Cumming Group company, provided construction management services for Waxahachie ISD’s $125M bond program, which included a new high school. The 478,000 SF high school features a career & technical education center, with facilities that support studies in ag. mechanics, ag. facilities, animation, auto-tech, audio/video production, cosmetology, culinary arts, digital media, welding, and fine arts. The school also features an auditorium, competition gym, two practice courts, locker rooms, weight room, tennis complex, two practice fields, indoor practice facility, softball/baseball complex, and track.
