Cumming Group provided project management services for Webster Five as they transitioned multiple bank properties into a 40,000 sq ft adaptive reuse building. Our team was responsible for providing project programming and feasibility and working with a real estate team to identify properties to purchase and renovate. We coordinated the onboarding of consultants, oversaw the design, construction, and procurement, and managed the relocation efforts.
