Project Description

Cumming has been retained by Westfield Development under a master services agreement to provide as-needed consulting support on a variety of development projects throughout Southern California. Our first task order involves a schematic-level statement of probable cost, market study, project controls, risk analysis, and related cost support on a 600,000-sq.-ft. expansion and renovation project at Westfield’s Valley Fair Mall in Silicon Valley.
