Cumming Group was recently contracted to provide project and construction management services for the 203-key Yotel Hotel in Downtown San Francisco. Subsequently, Cumming’s energy group was brought in to help commission the beautifully renovated building, as well as provide expert LEED guidance and assist Yotel in achieving LEED Silver certification. One of the hotel’s many cool features is an advanced guestroom lighting control system that is integrated with the HVAC.
