About this Course
This course provides an overview of the approach to unit pricing from first principles. Starting with market intelligence and analytics, we will discuss each stage of the process in rate building, from understanding the market conditions to allocating crew utilization — all with the ultimate goal of providing accurate and reliable information. In addition, we look at risks and challenges and how to mitigate those in the initial estimate stage and throughout the duration of the project.
