Principal Designer / CDM Advisor

In the role of principal designer, we ensure that our clients and their projects are in full legal compliance with the Construction and Design Management Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015). Our team provide guidance on construction and design processes, help identify and eliminate health and safety issues present in the project’s design, collaborate with contractors to mitigate potential risk during construction, and help our clients meet all legal and statutory obligations.

As a construction design and management advisor (CDMA), we provide additional support to our clients across the full spectrum of health and safety matters, throughout the entire construction process. This includes commenting and reporting on the construction phase plan, coordinating with the Health and Safety Executive, and ensuring that all implemented health and safety processes and procedures remain active and effective.
