We’d like to welcome Elizabeth Griggs to the Cumming team! She will be based in Arizona and is our new Cosential CRM Administrator. Elizabeth has nine years of experience in the A/E/C industry and is well-versed in how CRM systems can benefit our business development and marketing efforts.

How long have you been working in the construction industry?

What brought you to Cumming?

Every team member I spoke to had a conviction for the company and spoke to how the culture contributes to a better quality of life for themselves and their families. I wanted to be part of an organization that empowers team members, and Cumming exceeded those expectations.

What advice would you give to those in the A/E/C industry?

Remember that in this industry, you are contributing to something greater than yourself. Whether it be a new retail center bringing life to a city or a university building that provides the tools for the next generation – the AEC industry is the driving force for infrastructure and economic growth.

What are some of your greatest accomplishments?

I am incredibly proud of leading the team to launch a completed revamped website in 45 days. We had a hard deadline for a large conference to complete the redesign, content creation, and continuity of the site – it required teamwork and transparent communication to ensure all pieces were completed to launch. My team hit the deadline, and we were able to premiere the new site in front of the 1,000+ attendees at the conference.
