Join us in welcoming Lauren Homme to the team! She will be Director, Business Development for the Pacific Northwest. She comes to us with a background in the AEC industry and has spent the last five years with E4H Architecture. Lauren brings a wealth of experience across the US, having worked in major markets including Dallas, Chicago, New York, and Seattle.

What brought you to Cumming?

I love new adventures and challenges! I’m excited about the opportunity to expand my knowledge base beyond healthcare, leverage and expand my network, and work with a fantastic team at an organization that has a great reputation.

What advice would you give to those in the AEC industry?

Be a problem-solver!

What are some of your greatest accomplishments?

Early in my career, while at CRTKL, I was selected to participate in an incubator in Hong Kong where 100 of the up-and-coming leaders brainstormed on how to improve the company. Each group had to present their ideas to the executive leadership team.  The following year I participated as part of the planning team, which was an absolute honor. In 2017, I was awarded the Regent’s Award by the American College of Healthcare Executives in NYC. To be recognized by my clients and prospective clients for the contributions to the chapter was a huge honor. In 2019, I was selected to participate in the Forbes Business Development Council. As a Forbes Contributor you are asked to submit answers to questions and they select the best answers. I was published 12 times. The accolades are a nice reward, but the true accomplishments are the relationships that are built along the way. I am proud of the national network I have grown throughout my career. Being able to grow a network built on trusting relationships is what led to the opportunity at Cumming, which is at the top of the accomplishment list!
