How long have you been in the AEC community?

I am new to the world of project management and am thrilled to be working on our Energy & Sustainability team. I am passionate about the work that we do as we directly contribute to the creation of communities that are healthier, more equitable, and more sustainable.

Who inspires you?

I am inspired by the many women who came before me and am incredibly thankful for the opportunities I have been afforded as a result. I am eager to be a catalyst for positive change and pave the way for the women who will come after me.

What is your personal goal with being on this committee?

I am determined to contribute to a culture of advocacy and empowerment today that shapes a brighter tomorrow for us all.
