Aliso Viejo

Aliso Viejo Office

Our Aliso Viejo office first opened in Irvine, California in 1996 with only a handful of team members. Since then, Cumming has steadily pursued its mission to become the leading independent consultancy within the construction industry.

Despite the unpredictable economic climate here and across the country over the past 20+ years, Cumming has consistently delivered services to our clients that add value at every step of a project’s development. Today, we operate one of the most well-known and highly respected firms in the industry.

Our experience in the local market includes K-12 education, municipal, higher education, corporate, themed entertainment, healthcare, hospitality, and mixed-use. Some of our notable projects include Edwards Lifesciences Campus Expansion, John Wayne Airport Improvements, City of Lake Forest Civic Center, and UC Irvine Medical Center Development.

Experts can credibly say that the economy is both booming and in a recession, and this is giving regulators headaches.
