Cumming Group is providing project management and cost estimating services for a cutting-edge 43,000 square-foot police station project for the City of Redmond, Oregon. This facility features various spaces, including community areas, administration offices, training rooms, evidence storage, holding cells, a sally port, dog kennels, and locker rooms.

The Cumming Group team has also led stakeholder coordination, bridging the gap between City staff, the design team, the general contractor, and the public to ensure a seamless project execution.

FFA Architects served as the project architect with Pence Contractors serving as the general contractor. The project is scheduled for completion in summer 2025.
