Develop

Once the plan is set, design commences and coordination with the myriad stakeholders and regulatory agencies kicks off. Keeping each of these activities organized, on track, and implemented at the appropriate time is critical to maintaining the overall schedule. During design, Cumming Group’s project and design managers help to facilitate client feedback and interpret the full impact any changes may have to budget and schedule. Deliver

The deliver phase represents the culmination of months of planning and preparation. The building team is procured, the site is prepped, and construction begins. The better the upfront planning during the early phases, the smoother construction typically goes. Changes and unforeseen circumstances are normal during construction. Creating processes and contingencies at the outset helps to mitigate the majority of issues that could arise. The dashboards and related reports created to manage our projects provide early warning signs to proactively address issues before they become big problems.
