The Tommie Hollywood is a 9-story, 212-key lifestyle-focused hotel with a rooftop pool/bar and outdoor restaurant. Cumming Group’s full scope included project management and scheduling services, design management and public area FFE fit-out, kitchen install and F&B coordination, public area punch, turnover and commissioning, and post-opening construction coordination and improvements. The architect on the project was Steinberg Hart with Suffolk Construction serving as the general contractor. The hotel opened in Q4 2021 to critical acclaim and has been featured in Travel + Leisure.
